Stormtrooper

So I went to Wondercon today and was let down by myself because I don't think I used my time and resources that well. I saw some fantastic artist that I should have talked too and saw some great costumes I should have taken pictures with. I felt like I wasted the time this convention had given me but after it was all over it really inspired me. So this was a little sketch I drew on the iPad and after weeks of wanting to draw I actually did some today.

So it didn't turn out bad at all as this little get together of very creative people help me get out of my funk. So enjoy and I hope to be drawing more soon. Enjoy!

Space Beaver/Space Pin Up Girl

Yesterday when I was rendering several videos I had some time to do a drawing. That turn into a decent sketch, then to a ink drawing, and finally a fully colored piece. I'm happy how this turned out but know I need to work on my rendering with color pencil and markers. Either way, enjoy!

Sketches 02/17/12

Here are some sketches I did this week. I'm trying to draw something in my sketchbook at least a couple times a week and if I have anything to show I plan to post stuff here on the weekends for all to see. Enjoy! Antastic

Floor Plan

I think next time I ever do a 'realistic' floor plan similar to this that I will NEVER do it in illustrator again. However this was a fun little project to do but next time I'm going to do this in a 3D program. Enjoy! Antastic

The Delorean

So if you don't read the description I made on vimeo this is basically a 3D, stylized, Back to the Future Delorean I made not in a 3D program but just in After Effects. I don't know how many shapes it took to make this but all I know is the computers I work with won't render this thing multiple lights. I hope I can make something out of this in future so will see...enjoy! Antastic

Thoughts

I'm sorry to say I don't have anything new to show at the moment. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can post some artwork on here and maybe some video stuff (video stuff probably a couple of months from now). I just wanted to keep you all informed and know that I know there is still a blog out there with my name on it. I need to start doing some sketching again as well and haven't had the time to do anything with all this video work I have to do. So lets all hope to see some new work on here soon, sketches or final artwork. In the mean time have a great time on what ever you are doing and I'll see you next time! Antastic

Well storyboards aren't really posted on this post BUT! they are on my online portfolio if you want to take a look at them.
